Urgent Hiring: QA/QC Manager (Water Infrastructure/EPC)

Salary: 120k BDT CMEC Bangladesh Branch is looking for a highly skilled QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance for our Intake, Raw Water Pumping Station, and Pipeline project. If you are a quality-driven professional with a background in large-scale infrastructure, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Quality Strategy: Develop and implement the QA/QC plan, policies, and standards. Compliance: Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure project codes and regulations are met. Technical Review: Approve materials, equipment, and procedures; resolve quality-related issues with subcontractors and engineers. Documentation: Prepare and maintain inspection reports (IR), non-conformance reports (NCR), and corrective action plans. Leadership: Mentor the QA/QC team and liaise with clients/regulatory bodies. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management. Experience: 10+ years in QA/QC management, specifically in the construction industry (Water infrastructure preferred). Standards: Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, ASTM, and AWWA standards. Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Certification: ASQ or Six Sigma certification is a significant plus.
