The sales engineer will be responsible for Backend Sales and preparing accurate quotations using the CRM system and manual documentation. The role includes handling client queries received directly and those forwarded by front-end sales engineers, ensuring timely quotation support. This position also contributes to government tender processes by managing technical part and preparing required technical documents.
Sales Activity / Duties
• Works in Backend Sales, responsible for preparing quotations using CRM systems and manual documentation.
• Handles client sales queries received directly via phone and prepares corresponding quotations.
• Provides quotation and pricing support for front-end sales engineers based on forwarded client requirements.
• Ensures accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all quotations.
• Participates in government tender processes by managing technical documents and specifications in accordance with tender criteria.
• Acts as the coordination point of CTL Dhaka office.
• Supports cross-functional communication to ensure smooth sales and technical operation.
• Preparing the summary of weekly and monthly sales activity of sales teams.
Qualifications:
• BSc in Mechanical Engineering (ME) / Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE)
• 0-2 years of sales experience.
Required Skills
• Strong product knowledge (Engine, Generator, Navigation & Communication equipment)
• Good understanding of Government Tendering Process
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English & Bengali
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications
