We are Hiring Manager - Building Automation Services division

We are looking for an experienced professional with 8–10 years in Building Automation / MEP / Smart Building Technologies to lead our Building Automation Services division

Position: Manager – Building Automation Services (BAS)

Location: Dhaka

Working Days: Sunday–Thursday (5 days/week)

Salary: BDT 80,000 – 100,000

Benefits: 3 Festival Bonuses, PF, Gratuity, Subsidized Lunch & Transport

Experience:  8-12 Years experience building automation, smart building technologies, or MEP project management.

Education:  

• BSc/MSc. In  Mechanical Engineering or Automation. Having MBA will be an added advantage

Responsibilities: 

o Develop business strategies to expand BAS offerings in Bangladesh’s growing smart building market.

o Lead end-to-end project execution: design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of BAS (HVAC, CCTV, fire detection, access control, IoT-enabled systems).

o Act as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, and government authorities.

o Provide training on BAS technologies, IoT integration, and predictive maintenance.

o Monitor system performance, ensure preventive maintenance, and implement data-driven optimization.

Technical knowledge in HVAC, CCTV, Fire Detection, Access Control & IoT systems is required.

Leadership, client management, and project execution skills are essential.

• Ability to identify market opportunities, expand service offerings, and drive profitability.

• Passion for IoT, sustainability, and smart building technologies.

• Understanding of Bangladesh’s building codes, safety standards, and energy efficiency regulations
