Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Solar Designer Specialist based in Dhaka. The role involves designing solar energy systems, drafting layouts and plans, performing technical calculations, prepare tender documents, and preparing detailed project documentation. The Solar Designer Specialist will also collaborate with sales and project teams to develop customized, efficient solar solutions tailored to client needs. Ensuring project compliance with standards and assessing feasibility for installations will be integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Technical proficiency in Solar Design, CAD draftingdrafting PVsyst, and energy modeling software.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy systems, electrical design, and solar panel installations.
• Experience with project documentation, compliance assessments, and feasibility studies.
• Effective collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills to work with engineering, sales, and project teams.
• Ability to manage deadlines, maintain attention to detail, and deliver high-quality outputs.
• A degree in engineering, renewable energy, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Knowledge of industry trends, local regulations, and sustainability practices is a plus.
