This role is critical to ensuring efficient production, seamless operations, quality assurance, and strong supply chain coordination to meet increasing nationwide demand. ⚙️ Key Responsibilities 🔹 Operations Focus: • Lead overall plant operations including planning, logistics, and execution • Coordinate effectively across production, supply chain, and sales teams • Monitor KPIs and drive process optimization initiatives • Ensure on-time delivery, inventory control, and cost efficiency • Implement lean practices and maintain compliance standards 🔹 Production Focus: • Plan and achieve production targets (daily, weekly, monthly) • Optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials • Ensure consistent product quality and minimize wastage • Troubleshoot issues and reduce downtime • Maintain safety and continuous improvement on the production floor 🎓 Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (EEE / Mechanical / IPE) • 8–15 years of experience in manufacturing industries • Strong background in battery, electrical, or heavy industry sectors preferred • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and operational management skills 💼 Compensation & Benefits ✔ Competitive salary package ✔ Provident Fund, Performance Bonus & Profit Share ✔ Mobile Bill & Tour Allowance ✔ Subsidized Lunch Facility ✔ Yearly Salary Review & 2 Festival Bonuses
