We are looking for talented and motivated individuals for the role of 

💼 Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – MIS Support Engineer 

📍 Location: Bangladesh 

🏢 Department: MIS / IT 

What You’ll Do: 

✅ Support and maintain enterprise systems, MIS platforms, and databases 

✅ Ensure smooth network operations (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls) 

✅ Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues 

✅ Prepare and analyze MIS reports to support business decisions 

✅ Collaborate on system upgrades, security, and IT process improvements 

✅ Assist cross-functional teams with data, reporting, and IT support 

What We’re Looking For: 

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Software Engineering, MIS, or related fields 

💡 Strong learning mindset with basic knowledge of systems, networks, and databases 

📊 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic SQL & ORACLE Database 

🧩 Analytical, detail-oriented, and a team player
