We are expanding our renewable energy team at Fakir Technologies Ltd. and are looking for a Solutions Manager/Asst. Manager – Solar to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end solar and hybrid energy solutions.
🔎 Job Summary The Solutions Manager – Solar will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of solar PV and hybrid energy solutions, including requirement analysis, technical design, simulation, and techno-commercial proposal development. The role bridges engineering and business by delivering optimized, reliable, and cost-effective solutions aligned with client needs, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives, while actively supporting client engagement and business growth. ⚙️ Key Responsibilities - Design solar PV systems (kW to MW scale), including grid-tied, off-grid, and hybrid configurations - Develop solutions integrating Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and diesel/gas generators - Perform load analysis, PV array sizing, inverter sizing, and battery sizing - Prepare single line diagrams (SLD), system layouts, technical specifications, and PVDG controller configurations - Engage with clients to understand energy requirements, site conditions, and operational needs - Deliver technical presentations and customized solution proposals - Prepare techno-commercial proposals and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) - Support the sales team in bid preparation and deal closure - Conduct feasibility studies and energy yield analysis - Use simulation tools such as PVsyst, Helioscope, and HOMER - Optimize system design for performance, efficiency, and return on investment (ROI) - Ensure compliance with grid interconnection standards and relevant regulations - Apply knowledge of inverters, MPPT logic, and battery technologies (LFP, Li-ion) - Use AutoCAD or similar tools for electrical and system design 🎓 Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) - 4–5 years of hands-on experience in solar PV system design and implementation Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their CV to the email address given below: rumana.ahmed@fakirtechnologies.com Deadline: 30 April, 2026
