Position Overview
We are seeking fresh, motivated Mechanical Engineering graduates who are eager to build a career in the HVAC industry. Selected candidates will undergo structured training and gain hands-on experience in both technical and client-facing roles.
Educational Requirements
B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from RUET, KUET, CUET, MIST, or AUST
Candidates with second class or academic gaps are encouraged to apply
Strong interest in HVAC systems and industrial applications
Key Requirements (Mandatory)
Willingness to commit for a minimum of 1 year
Interest in working with the marketing team, including client communication and technical sales support
Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a team environment
Job Responsibilities
During and after the training period, candidates will be involved in:
Assisting in HVAC system design, estimation, and project execution
Supporting the marketing/sales team with technical inputs and client communication
Participating in site visits, client meetings, and project discussions
Preparing technical proposals, BOQ, and documentation
Coordinating with internal teams for smooth project delivery
Learning and contributing to clean room systems and air filtration solutions
Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely execution

HVAC Systems
Clean Room Systems & Concepts
Air Filter Production & Applications
Salary & Benefits
BDT 20,000/month (Initial)
BDT 25,000/month (After 6 months)
BDT 30,000/month (After 12 months)
BDT 35,000/month (After 18 months)
