Job Responsibilities:
1. Communicate and coordinate with landlords for new Site Acquisition, agreements, renewals, and other property-related matters
2. Prepare and maintain house rent agreements and related documents for new Site Acquisition
3. Maintain regular communication with landlords of Dhaka and outstation offices
4. Handle administrative coordination for office facilities and day-to-day operations
5. Manage legal and compliance-related activities through police stations or relevant authorities when required
6. Maintain proper documentation of agreements, communications, and administrative records
7. Ensure all administrative activities comply with company policies and legal requirements
8. Provide regular updates and reports to the department head
9. Follow up on pending agreements, renewals, and approvals to ensure timely completion within deadlines
10. Ensure timely submission of reports, documentation, and updates as per management requirements
11. Travel to different locations for site acquisition, negotiation, and issue resolution
12. Prepare reports and summaries using MS Word and Excel for site status, agreements, and compliance updates.
Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university, preferably in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, Civil Engineering, or a relevant field.
Experience Requirements: 5 to 6 years
