✅ Job Description The Jr. Product Manager (FinTech & Digital Platforms) is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of FinTech products, overseeing ERP system support and enhancements, and driving partner onboarding and ecosystem development. ✅ Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end lifecycle of FinTech products, including Loan, Savings, Installment, and Investment • Define product requirements, workflows, and business logic in collaboration with stakeholders • Coordinate with external tech teams for development, testing, deployment, and improvements • Oversee ERP support, issue tracking, escalation handling, and new feature development • Act as the primary liaison between business teams and ERP/technology teams • Support in onboarding new FinTech and installment partners and act as a primary POC • Support FinTech ecosystem development, including banks, financial institutions, and funding partners • Manage day-to-day app operations, including user support, configuration, and issue resolution • Ensure smooth execution of disbursement, billing, reconciliation, and related processes in collaboration with other departments ✅ Qualifications We want someone who has • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field • 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, FinTech, Operations, or a related domain ✅ Working knowledge of • Requirement documentation (PRD/BRD) • User flows and process design • Feature prioritization and roadmap planning • Familiarity with ERP systems and business workflows • Basic understanding of API integrations and system architecture Preferred Skills • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability • Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for aligning teams and documenting requirements ✅ Salary & other benefits Salary: 30k to 40K BDT monthly salary, 02 Festival Bonus, Insurance Policy, Communication Allowance, and other admissible benefits are there as well as having delicious In-house Lunch Facilities. ✅ Work hours and days: Our office has 8 hours and 6 days of weekly work (monthly, all Fridays and 2 Saturdays are holidays) ✅ Job Location: Dhaka (Baridhara) ✅ Females are encouraged to apply! ✅ Apply instructions: Share your resume along with the cover letter at career@aponbazaar.co.
