Program Overview:
The NextGen Internship Program is a full-time, immersive experience for final-year students and fresh graduates who are ready to work on real business challenges at our Corporate Office.
Interns will:
- Work on live, high-impact projects.
- Receive structured mentorship from experienced leaders.
- Gain exposure to corporate decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
What We Offer:

Stipend: Monthly stipend of BDT 10,000.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Final-year Bachelor’s or Master’s students (final semester ongoing).

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Digital Literacy: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, MS Office tools, etc.
