𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐱𝐭:
ADN DigiNet Limited is a leading technology company specializing in enterprise software engineering and digital transformation. We are looking for a proactive TechOps Support Engineer to help maintain smooth system operations across L1 and L2 support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining system uptime, handling user issues, and supporting infrastructure and application stability in a 24/7 shift-based environment.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
𝐔𝐗 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 & 𝐅𝐢𝐠𝐦𝐚 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞
• Provide L1 support via tickets and chat, ensuring users get timely and helpful responses.
• Troubleshoot system, application, and network problems.
• Manage escalations and perform root cause analysis at L2 level.
• Monitor systems proactively to ensure uptime and performance.
• Work in a 24/7 shift-based environment with rotating schedules.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams for quick issue resolution.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS).
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Freshdesk, Zammad, or similar) and monitoring tools.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in CSE, IT, EEE, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
Experience:
• At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in TechOps, IT Support, NOC, or IT Helpdesk.
