Job Position: Executive – IT & MIS
Educational Requirements:
B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) or equivalent from any reputed university.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support for the company’s ERP system and assist users in resolving system-related issues.
Support ERP reporting, data retrieval, and coordinate with vendors for technical problems when necessary.
Maintain and manage the inventory and lifecycle of IT assets including procurement, allocation, maintenance, and disposal.
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, printers, and network-related issues.
Coordinate with vendors or service providers for complex technical troubleshooting.
Provide remote or on-site IT support for Plant and sales personnel.
Assist in maintaining network connectivity, system updates, antivirus management, and basic IT security.
Guide employees on proper use of ERP and company IT systems and maintain relevant documentation.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of ERP systems and IT infrastructure.
Experience in IT asset management and troubleshooting.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
