𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 Meghna Group is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to manage and analyze factory production data across multiple manufacturing units. The role focuses exclusively on production performance, operational efficiency, material utilization, and factory reporting. The selected candidate will work closely with factory managers but operate independently to ensure accurate, standardized, and timely data reporting for management decision-making. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 • Collect and verify daily production data from multiple factories. • Consolidate output reports by product type (complete bicycle, bicycle parts, rickshaw van parts, accessories, Melamine). • Maintain structured production databases for monthly and yearly analysis. • Ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting formats. 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗗𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 • Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production dashboards. • Automate routine factory performance reports. • Present summarized findings to management. • Support forecasting by providing production capacity analysis. 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 • Standardize production reporting formats across factories. • Support ERP or digital reporting system implementation. • Maintain master production data (SKU codes, machine codes, process steps). • Improve data collection processes to reduce manual errors. 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation). • Experience with Power BI or similar dashboard tools. • Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred. • Strong analytical and logical thinking ability. 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 • 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing data analysis or MIS. • Experience working in production or factory environments is an advantage. • Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills may also apply.
