Job Position: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Logistics & Distribution (Dhaka plant)
Educational Requirements:
Graduated from any reputed university.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manager all logistics, distribution, and fleet operations at the LPG bottling plant.
2. Manage Dhaka Plant's distribution to consistently meet sales orders and delivery targets.
3. Implement continuous process improvements for faster, error-free product flow and maximized operational efficiency.
4. Oversee all fleet operations, including optimizing route scheduling and vehicle loading.
5. Manage maintenance activities to keep all vehicles in peak operational condition and minimize downtime.
6. Guide and supervise junior staff for the smooth and accurate execution of all distribution tasks.
7. Ensure the error free execution of all plant distribution tasks.
8. Collaborate closely with the Bottling Hall Supervisor for the seamless movement of cylinder trucks.
9. Act as the main liaison with the Sales Team for synchronized demand planning.
10. Maintain effective cross-functional communication to uphold safety standards and align distribution with market needs.
Additional Requirements:
Fluent in English written & spoken both
Job Location: Dhaka Plant(Rupganj)
