Key Responsibilities

• Ensure first-line fault handling of optical fiber, towers, and network devices

• Maintain network KPIs (Availability, MTTR, etc.) and ensure SLA compliance

• Conduct acceptance of new rollouts with detailed technical reporting

• Oversee implementation of new client connectivity

• Monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities

• Perform network outage analysis and implement preventive measures

• Conduct OpEx analysis and lead cost optimization initiatives

• Monitor telecom power systems (DG, battery bank, environment systems)

• Manage vendors, conduct performance reviews, and ensure WCC/PR processing

• Lead team allocation, performance tracking & coaching

• Conduct regular inventory management and asset audits

🎓 Academic Qualification

• B.Sc. in EEE / ETE from a reputed university

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of Fiber Optic O&M

• Telecom Power O&M expertise

• KPI monitoring & SLA management

• Vendor & resource management

• Reporting & operational tools handling

• Proven team leadership capability

• Ability to work under pressure

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in telecom implementation & operations
