𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫: - Minimum Bachelor's Degree in 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠. - 0 to 1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). - Basic understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials. - Proficiency in 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐂𝐀𝐃, MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is a plus. - Strong communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills. - Willingness to work at project sites as required. 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: - Assist in monitoring on field project activities - Support the site engineering team in supervising civil & project related maintenance work. - CAD drawing for civil and mechanical structures. - Prepare and maintain project documentation, including site reports, drawings, commissioning report, and checklists. - Coordinate with contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely progress. - Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. - Assist in quantity estimation, material requisition, and cost tracking. - Participate in resolving technical issues and proposing practical solutions. - Conduct site inspections, collect data, and support project progress reviews. - Collaborate with senior team members and project manager on deliverables and reporting.
