Fiber@Home Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, strategic, and future-forward leader to spearhead our Inventory, Logistics and Distribution function within the Supply Chain Management Department.
Key Responsibilities:
-Strategic Inventory Leadership: Develop and implement high-level inventory and distribution strategies aligned with organizational goals.
-Inventory Analysis & Forecasting: Analyze inventory data to forecast demand and optimize stock levels using predictive tools.
-Operational Oversight: Supervise warehouse staff and oversee daily operations, maintaining service excellence standards.
-Stock Integrity & Auditing: Manage, track, and audit company stock levels to ensure absolute accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
-Distribution Management: Design and execute complex logistics strategies, ensuring optimal movement of goods across our supply line.
-Global & Local Stakeholder Management: Cultivate collaborative relationships with suppliers and carriers to secure a sustainable flow of materials.
-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work as a dedicated partner to internal teams, fostering a culture of mutual success and operational transparency.
Who You Are:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline from a reputed university.
-10+ years of proven experience in inventory management, distribution, or warehouse operations. Experience in a Multinational Company (MNC) is a significant advantage.
-5+ years of experience in leading, mentoring, or training staff effectively.
-Having strong numerical and problem-solving skills with a sharp acumen for inventory analysis and data-driven decision-making.
-Well-versed in inventory management software, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
-Excellent communication skills and a meticulous approach to auditing and stock optimization.
