Technical Support Associate, Product Innovation
Company Description
Our client is revolutionizing the offshoring approach for the tech founders! They have a dedicated offshore sales and marketing team to drive leads, optimize campaigns, and grow revenue without the cost or complexity of you building an in-house team.
Key Responsibilities
-Update Monday.comand Spreadsheets: Regularly update project statuses and logs on Monday.com and other platforms.
-Technical Documentation: Maintain and organize project documentation to ensure clarity and accessibility (API documentation, Template management, -Meeting docs and related documentation).
-Manual Testing: Help team to test automations manually and address concerns or issues raised.
-Administration Level Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team as needed.
-Data Operations: Maintain and update information across spreadsheets and project management systems with high accuracy.
-Update the Logs: Ensure all logs are current and accurately reflect project progress. Manage permissions and views for documentation and project management tools.
-Meeting Collaboration: Assist in setting up team meetings and ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
-Team Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between multiple business operations and internal product team. Eliminating the -Gap Between Teams by managing communication channels and workspaces.
Access Management: Manage access permissions for team members and stakeholders. Assist in defining and managing roles within the team.
Skills & Qualifications
-Related work experience of 1 to 2 years.
-Good English proficiency for both writing and speaking.
-Sound in business and IT knowledge.
-Experience with data entry and Google Workspace.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and eager to grow gradually.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in documentation tools and project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Notion, Trello, Jira etc.) is preferable.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Must be a team player.
-Experience with data entry and administrative tasks.
-Self-motivated, Time management, Proactive, Willingness to grow, Communication and Interpersonal skills, Eager to learn from the team
-BSc. in CSE/CS/SWE/IT/BIT preferable.
Employment Structure
Hybrid in Banani | Full-time
Salary: BDT 40,000 - 60,000
