We are Hiring Dynamic individuals to work with our Engineering team.
Position: Executive- Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the manufacturing operations of the General Block (Solid, Semisolid, and Sterile areas) by executing rigorous and efficient maintenance activities, with a strong focus on engineering excellence through preventive maintenance, process optimization, condition-based maintenance (CBM), and digitalization—while ensuring compliance with Synovia quality guidelines, cGMP, HSE standards, and local regulatory requirements.
- Enhance the reliability and efficiency of process equipment by conducting root cause analysis of breakdowns and implementing corrective actions.
- Lead or contribute to the implementation and management of Quality Systems, including handling of audits, regulatory inspections, quality risk assessments, deviations, CAPA, change control, and complaint management across the designated area.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop process technicians involved in maintenance operations to ensure skill development and consistent performance.
- Maintain environmental stewardship by actively engaging in practices that preserve natural resources and prevent environmental damage and pollution in all maintenance-related activities.
Desired Profile:
- B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from reputed organization
Experience:
· Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
Skills and Competencies
· Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
· Strong vendor negotiation skills across a variety of company procurement and service needs.
· Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities, with the ability to motivate and drive team performance.
· Solid understanding of electro-mechanical systems and related technical operations.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Bangla (spoken and written).
