🎯 Location: On-site, Dhaka, Bangladesh
🎯 Salary range: 50,000–55,000 BDT Monthly
🎯 Working days: Monday–Friday (10 AM – 7 PM)

Requirements:
✅ 1–2 years of experience in operations, program management, business operations, or a similar role
✅ Strong organizational and prioritization skills with close attention to detail
✅ Proven ability to work cross-functionally and confidently with senior leaders
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ High discretion, judgment, and reliability in fast-moving environments
Key Responsibilities:
Track COO-level priorities and ensure clear ownership, timelines, and follow-ups
Coordinate across teams (Ops, HR, Finance, Service Delivery, IT, Analytics)
Prepare agendas, briefs, and action summaries for leadership meetings.
Maintain alignment across OKRs, KPIs, and the execution plan.s
Draft internal communications and ensure information flows efficiently.
Support special projects, conduct light analysis, and prepare leadership material.s
