Job Summary: CCECC Bangladesh Project is seeking a Junior Safety Engineer to support the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) systems for bridge construction projects. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring safe site operations, compliance with safety standards, and effective risk control during construction activities. Key Responsibilities: Assist in implementing and monitoring site-specific HSE plans and safety procedures. Conduct daily safety inspections, toolbox talks, and site safety briefings Monitor high-risk construction activities including: - Work at height - Lifting operations - Girder erection - Bridge construction works Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintain good housekeeping. Support incident reporting, investigation, and safety documentation. Assist senior HSE personnel in maintaining safety records and compliance reports. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Civil Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), or a related discipline Experience: Minimum 3 years of construction safety experience. Prior experience in bridge or road projects will be considered an added advantage.
