Position: Manager – Service Operations Center



Vacancy: 1 Job Responsibilities:
Service Operation Center leadership for,

 - 24x7x365 DWDM and IP Transmission monitoring  Fast fault detection, notification, escalation and follow-up for ensuring SLA
- Incident impact analysis
- Incident root cause analysis and reporting
 - Ensure operational process and timeline
- Shift and work load management
- HR planning and training
- Internal and external governance meeting
 - Service performance reporting.

Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements: MSc/BSc in Telecommunication, EEE, CSE etc.
Experience Requirements: Minimum 3 years working experience as a SOC Manager of NTTN/MNO/Nationwide ISP/IIG/ITC.

Mandatory Technical Skills:
·  Clear knowledge of DWDM and IP transmission topology, Service performance parameters, SLA.
·  Network fundamentals – TCP/IP, IPv4, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, Segment Routing, QoS.
·  Working experience of Monitoring & Ticketing Tools.
·  Clear knowledge of DWDM technology.
Advanced Technical Skills:
·   Automation & Scripting for Log parsing, KPI analysis, Alarm automation.
·   API integration with monitoring tools.
·   Analytics awareness
·   Minimum Associate level certification on Routing and Switching of Cisco/Juniper/Huawei.
