Company Description
Our client is revolutionizing the offshoring approach for the tech founders! They have a dedicated offshore sales and marketing team to drive leads, optimize campaigns, and grow revenue without the cost or complexity of you building an in-house team.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage digital business development projects/services from ideation to execution.
• Supervise and guide a team, ensuring smooth coordination and on-time deliverables.
• Help Customer Success Managers build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their goals and offering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align growth strategies.
• Monitor project performance and prepare reports on outcomes and KPIs.

Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital business development or related roles.
• Experience with tools like Salesforce, Sales Navigator, LinkedIn prospecting, Expandi, Apollo.io, Hubspot.
• At least 6 months of experience managing or leading a team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in professional English (spoken and written).
• Solid understanding of digital ecosystems, online marketing, and client acquisition strategies.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and measurable growth.

Employment Structure
• Hybrid in Banani, Dhaka
• Salary: BDT 40,000 - 60,000+ (slightly higher for deserving candidates)
