The Unimart Power Force – Management Trainee Program is designed to groom the next generation of retail leaders through a highly structured learning journey. Trainees gain hands-on experience across multiple functions, build leadership skills, and fast-track their early career in Bangladesh’s modern retail industry.
Who Can Apply
- Fresh Bachelor’s degree holders in Business, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, IPE, or similar fields
- Graduates from public universities, NSU, UIU, BRACU, BUP, IUB, EWU
- Minimum CGPA: 3.50
- Strong analytical thinking and communication ability
- Proven leadership potential through extracurriculars or internships
