RFL Group, one of the largest conglomerates in Bangladesh, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Factory Manager to lead and oversee operations at its Bhola Project.
The role requires strong leadership in factory setup, commissioning, utility management, and team supervision across multiple business units including Door, Plastic Recycle, TV & Home Appliance, RFL Plastics, Melamine, Medical Device, and Electronics.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
- Lead factory erection, commissioning, and operational readiness.
- Coordinate production planning, utility, and resource management across multiple units.
- Build and maintain a strong factory culture of discipline, efficiency, and safety.
- Lead, motivate, and develop factory teams to achieve production and quality goals.
- Oversee utility systems: power, water, fire hydrant, and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote preventive maintenance.
- Handle people management, discipline, and conflict resolution effectively.
- Stay on-site at Bhola Project for consistent operational supervision.
🎓 Qualifications
- Education: B.Sc. in EEE from a reputed university.
- Experience: 7–10 years in factory operations, erection, or commissioning.
- Proven leadership in managing multi-unit factory operations.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and people management skills.
- Age: 30–35 years.
