Job Title : 

Assistant Manager – Placement Printing (R&D) 

- Education: B.Sc. in Textile Engineering (preferably in Wet Processing / Printing) from any reputed institution. 

-Responsible person will lead the development of advanced printing techniques, ensure product quality, and drive continuous improvement in printing processes. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of design, sampling, production printing, and R&D to meet buyer expectations and emerging market trends.

- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Printing and R&D within the garments or textile sector. 

- Experience in rotary, flatbed, and digital printing will be an added advantage. 

- Strong expertise in color management, printing paste formulation, and process control.

- Salary: 70K-80K and other benefits 

- Location: Gazipur
