Job_Location: Pabna, Lalmonirhat & Moulvibazar.
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• On hand experience in Solar Power Plant / any power plant will get preference.
- Education: BSc degree in EEE / Power/ Energy / Renewable Energy / Energy Engineering & Management, or related field from reputed public or private universities.
Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily activities including monitoring performance metrics, troubleshooting issues and ensuring compliance, Develop and implement maintenance plans, Manage the lifecycle of assets, including procurement, inventory management, tracking, and disposal, Lead a team of technicians, provide necessary guidance, training and support, Monitor and analyses performance data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions, Liaise with Local PGCB and BPDB authority, Prepare and manage the O&M budget, Prepare Monthly Energy Meter Reading and Generation Analysis Report, Prepare regular reports on O&M activities, Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures and Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
