National Energy Services Limited (NESL), a leading HR solutions provider serving the energy, construction, telecommunication, and manufacturing sectors across Bangladesh, is looking for a competent Construction Interface Engineer to join our team.
🎓 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a reputed institution.
🧩 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Minimum 5 years’ experience in OCM Planning/Projects & Construction.
Prior experience in the Oil & Gas sector will be an added advantage.
🔍 𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
▪️ Strong understanding of project execution processes and multi-discipline integration.
▪️ Proficiency in Microsoft tools used for planning and reporting.
▪️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
▪️ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of performing under pressure.
🛠️ 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
▪️ Demonstrate leadership, effective communication, engineering knowledge, and project control skills to support construction execution goals.
▪️ Coordinate action items aligned with business plans to ensure project success.
▪️ Uphold strong safety culture; participate in safety reviews, audits, and incident-prevention initiatives.
▪️ Provide technical support in engineering and constructability for onshore production facilities, high-pressure gas systems, and separation facilities.
▪️ Review technical documents such as PFDs, HMBs, P&IDs, and datasheets.
▪️ Serve as the interface between FE engineers, construction contractors, and the OCM group to resolve field engineering issues.
▪️ Assist FE engineers in developing work packs, shutdown packages, and red-line drawings.
▪️ Lead and collaborate in a multi-disciplinary environment to deliver results efficiently.
▪️ Support brownfield and greenfield construction engineering activities.
▪️ Review AFC drawings, BOQs, contractor proposals, and resource plans; manage technical queries during construction.
▪️ Work with commissioning teams to develop startup procedures, operating instructions, and training guides.
▪️ Work cohesively with local and expatriate contractors across various construction scopes.
