*Trainee Engineer – Business Development*

As a Trainee Engineer in our Corporate Sales team, you will support the sales and engineering functions by bridging technical solutions and customer needs.
*Key Responsibilities:*
• Assist the sales team in preparing technical proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
• Support pre-sales activities: conduct product demos, proof-of-concept, and client meetings.
• Coordinate with engineering / technical teams to design solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Visit corporate clients, understand their technical challenges, and propose suitable solutions.
• Maintain long-term relationships with customers and follow up regularly.
• Prepare weekly/monthly market reports, sales forecasts, and customer feedback analyses.
• Participate in trade shows & exhibitions as needed.
*Education & Experience:*
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from MIST/BUP.
• Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
*Skills & Qualifications:*
• Strong communication and presentation skills (English and Bengali).
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM is a plus.
• Ability to understand technical products and explain them in non-technical terms.
• Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and meet clients.
